　　新希望GMAT Online代考保分来看随着留学考试高峰期的到来，越来越多的同学开始加入了GMAT备考的大军。最近答疑量也明显增加了很多。其中，时态问题依然是最让学员头疼的问题之一。

　　完成时，经常有同学会说：这句话为什么可以用完成时呢?

　　宾语从句的时态，除了没有试着站在语义角度去理解时态，还有同学喜欢用一些死记硬背的，甚至自己“臆想”的规则去判断时态。

　　比如另一个被问的很多的问题：宾语从句前面的动词用的过去式，为啥后面从句不是过去式?

　　The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) had long been expected to announce a reduction in output to bolster sagging oil prices, but officials of the organization just recently announced that the group will pare daily production by 1.5 million barrels by the beginning of next year only if non‐OPEC nations, including Norway, Mexico, and Russia, trim output by a total of 500,000 barrels a day.

　　抛开规则，从语义去理解，相对于作者写句子的时间(now)，announced是在过去发生的，will pare并没有发生，我们完全可以在“过去”宣布一个“未来”发生的事情，比如老板昨天宣布今年年底将会涨薪。

　　学会这样理清动词之间的关系，站在语义角度，很多练习中的时态就好解释了。

　　Even with the proposed budget cuts and new taxes and fees, the city's projected deficit for the next budget year is getting worse: administration officials announced that they believe the gap will be $3.7 billion, a billion dollars more than they had predicted just two months ago.

　　官员在过去宣称(announced)：财政赤字在未来可能会达到多少(will be)
